At Natura Green CBD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below, we detail our cancellation, return, and refund policy:

• Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled at no additional cost as long as they have not been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. However, we will only accept unopened, unused, or undamaged items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetic products, such as creams and oils, or any items that have been opened or tampered with .

• Return Procedure: If you wish to return an eligible product, please ensure it is in its original packaging and unused. Email our customer service team at cbdnaturagreen@gmail.com with your order number and return details. We will guide you through the steps to complete the process.

• Refunds: Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
